Pulse/Function Generator 50 MHz 8116A

The programmable pulse / function generator HP 8116A works in the frequency range between 1 mHz and 50 MHz and supplies output voltages up to 32 Vpp.

Features of the device are:

- Generation of multiple output waveforms (sine, square, triangle, pulse)

- Edge rise / fall time 7 ns with pulse and square wave signal

- Adjustable pulse width up to a minimum of 10 ns

- Modulation types AM / FM / PWM

- VCO control

- Fully programmable via HP-IB

- Internal and external logarithmic wobble

- Internal and external burst mode for all waveforms
