3½ LCD Digital Multimeter.
The 3209 has a tilting bail, BCD output, and capacitance measurement and it is intended for use in the laboratory.
Function selection is with front panel pushbutton switches and provides for AC/DC, Volts, Amps, Ohms, Capacitance, and Diode test.
Manual range switches select from Low, Medium, and High ranges and display the appropriate unit. In other words, mA, µA, nF, and µF are displayed.
No zero adjustment is available on the meter ranges except for the capacitance measurement, where the lead capacitance can be zeroed out by rotating a small plastic knurled knob called "C Adj "- Input impedance:1000MΩ (200/2000 mV DC) & 10 MΩ (20/1000 V DC)
- B.C.D. Output allows use with a digital printer.

- AC V: 200 mV to 1000 V.
- OHMS: 200 Ω to 20 MΩ Full Scale.
