This radio appears to be very similar in appearance (both internally and externally) to the British HMV model 441 of 1935, which in turn is identical to the Marconi model 264: there also appear to be five valves on the chassis yet the description cites only four? The British set has a wooden panel at the rear of the set covering the chassis.
