This is pictured and described as the Tuckerton Receiver in an article on the “The Goldschmidt System of Radio Telegraphy” by Emil Mayer and published in the March 1914 Proceedings of the Institute of Radio Engineers (IRE). It is actually a detector which follows the Goldschmidt "Tone Wheel", which is required for it to detect CW.
