Operating frequency 868.3 MHz. Intended for use in all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and others.

Other designations for this model include:
    Product description: HS4
    Product identification: HS4-868
    Device type: HS(M)4

The '4' refers to the number of channel push buttons on the transmitter. Other versions exist with 1 or 2 buttons.
The -868 suffix refers to the operating frequency of 868.3 MHz. Other versions have operating frequencies of 40.685 MHz (suffix 40) and 433.92 MHz (suffix 433).

The transmitter can learn the current code from another one that is placed in close proximity to it. When carrying out this procedure with the 868.3 MHz versions, they should be kept well clear of any GSM 900 mobile phone. The factory reset button, which is on the left of the wiring side of the pcb, can be accessed through the battery compartment.

The transmitter uses a PIC16F630 flash-based 8-bit microcontroller with 128 bytes of EEPROM memory. It has a TH72032.2 868/915 MHz PLL transmitter with ASK modulation and a 27.1344 (868.3/32) MHz crystal oscillator.
    Operating temperature -10˚C to +60˚C.

Made in Germany. Compatible products are made in China.
