Der Großsuper arbeitet mit einer eisenlosen Endstufe (2x UL84) mit Frequenzweiche über 2 hochohmige Lautsprecher (je 800 Ω, Novoton Zweiklangsystem, bei Philips Bi-Ampli-Verfahren). Diese Lautsprecher dürfen keinesfalls durch die sonst üblichen, niederohmigen Typen ersetzt werden.
