From left to right - the top of the two vacuum tubes, three posts with screw clamp labeled "Broad," "Sharp," "Local." In the center a scaled dial, from "0" to "100" around the top and "ICA AC COMPANION" in the bottom half, and in the upper right - phone jacks and under that, a unlabeled SPST switch and at the bottom another rheostat with the panel labeled "Sensitivity" but the knob is labeled "Volume Control".

Inside the lid is printed on the velvet, a round medallion "INSULINE CORP OF AMERICA" surround the large initials ICA and under that, "COMPANION." This last part is on the panel also in this form, "ICA AC COMPANION" as the lower part of the "0 to 100" scale.
