Four colour edge lit tuning scale using two lamps.
Two LW preset and three MW presets. The suffix A, B, C or D indicates factory tuned options. S is customer instructions. Each button has a limited tuning range. Oscillator is Permeability tuned and RF capacitance tuned for Preset stations.
Models A & C use different set of coils / capacitors for 2nd and 3rd MW presets to models B & D. 203 ..300m & 290 .. 420m vs 380 ,, 540m on both buttons.
