J.C.Penny Solid State AC/DC Radio Phonograph. Power is 105 - 120 volts AC or 4 D cells. AC/Battery selector switch and AC jack are on the left side. The sides are constructed as a plywood frame. The front and back are plastic pieces that are held together inside the wood frame by 4 machine screws. Phonograph selector switch on front lower left has positions for OFF, 33, 45, and 78. Made in Japan.
