    We have put this radio model Meihualu 梅花鹿 4X3 to the same factory as we found for Meihualu 梅花鹿 665 which is very similar. The manual 03 shows no factory name. It might also be 吉林省长春市无线电一厂 Jilin No.1 Changchun Radio Factory.
