A 21" consolette receiver on legs with 110° aluminised electrostic focus, straight gun type picture tube. Cabinet finish in walnut and maple. Fully equipped to receive all ten Australian channels and incorporating a cascode RF ampllfler. The chassis is hinged on one side and swings out, giving ready access without removing it from the cabinet. Automatic picture locking circuit ensures ease of control and a steady picture, even when stong interference is present. Has current feed-back to maintain constant current in the vertical deflection coils rather than a constant voltage across them. As a result, a high quality picture is obtained which may be viewed comfortably from as close as eight feet without the scanning lines being noticeable. This makes the model M1KB5 particularly suitable for small rooms. A remote control unit is provided to enable remote control of picture contrast and sound volume. Kelvinator hearing aid attachment is available at a email additional cost. (MINGAY'S PRICE SERVICE)
