  • Following Victor Animatograph Corporation and Bell and Howell, Kodak first introduced a 16mm projector under the name Kodascope in 1923. Kodascope remained the primary name for 16mm projectors throughout the years.

    The AV-151 features a 15 watt tube amplifier with a 6V6 push-pull configuration. Other models that are similar in many aspects are the AV-154, AV-154S and AV-255S, though these feature a tube amplifier with 6L6 output tubes.

    Power consumed by projector and amplifier: on 115-volt power line 950 watts with a 750 - watt projection lamp; 1200 watts with a 1 000-watt projection lamp 

    Projection lamp: 750-watt, 115-volt, T-12 bulb, C-130 filament, medium pre - focused base; or 1 000-watt 115-volt, T-1 2 bulb, C-130 filament, medium prefocused base, 1 0-hour rating

    Exciter lamp: 20 A/ T5 / 20CP , 7-volt, 0.2 amps 

    Phototube: Cetron, CE-25, Class C
