The aerial is the kind with a knuckle-hinge at the base.

About 13.5cm collapsed, measured to hinge screw.
About 71.5 cm above top of radio straight, or about 69 cm if angled, on long portion.
Obviously about optimal for 100 MHz, as any 1/4 wave aerial is electrically a little longer than physical length.
Really any aerial that fits inside case when collapsed should be fine. The inside of the case is about 22cm and has a fixed bottom section, with wire to base, so total length is about 96cm straight up, but electrical length shorter due to wire from base to PCB.
