This fully transistorized equipment is designed for event counting on 1sec basis.
A memory allows the display to be always updated; the display being to four digital display tubes.
Th accuracy is better than 10-4 sec. The input pulses may be between 50 mV and 30 V with a maximum operating frequency of 15 kHz.
