• Bemerkung

• This AC mains version of the 3 Valve SGP (Battery) has only two knobs on the front (no rheostat) and uses 4 valves instead of 3 (recitifier valve included).

  The cabinet was available in a choice of oak, walnut or mahogany.

  Note: the article in Wireless World, Sept. 1929, pictures a set with 3 knobs as "Lotus three-valve S.G.P. all-mains receiver" which is most likely the battery version.

  Marconi list the U10 as rectifier, however there is no evidence the U10 existed in 1929 though it's certainly a suitable replacement.
