  • Anotaciones
  • Lowther FM Mark 9 Tuner exemplifies modern techniques and design, providing the highest standard of musical performance and ease of operation.

Tuning by means of a direct frequency meter for manual control; 4, pre-set push buttons or automatic scanning of the FM Band II then by simply pressing the AFC switch locking the station of your choice.

Stereo multiplex operation is automatic with a 'beacon' indicating which transmissions are being sent stereophonically.

The above unique features are accomplished by modern integrated circuit modules, Varicap diodes, and automatic frequency control of the four tuned stages in the front end. Field effect transistors for RF amplification and dual gate MOS-FET mixer.

The IF amplifiers employ IC modules; ceramic filter units, and high 'Q ' coil assemblies, providing high gain low noise, and wide bandpass.

Stereo-decoding uses the latest phase lock loop system, providing stereo switching and indication.

A second meter indicates field strength measurement enabling alignment of the aerial array, weak signals should be switched to Mono.
