This battery powered seven transistor radio has a grey plastic case with a convex front chrome metal grille with the dial above. On the top left hand rear corner a chrome telescopic aerial, next to that is the on/off/volume control knob, then in the middle towards the rear of the radio it has 4 push buttons for wavebands MW (209-565 metres), LUX (Bandspread 184-218 metres), LW (1120-2025 metres) and SW (17.6-51.0 metres) then on the far right it has the tuning knob. The set is powered by a PP7 9 volt battery that is located in the base. Sockets for car radio aerial and earphone.
