A battery powered portable 8 transistor AM radio covering MW (182-566 metres), LW (1111-2027 metres) and SW (16.6-51 metres). Sockets for earphone, tape recorder and car aerial. When used in a car, a permeability tuner unit attached to the car aerial socket is used. Elliptical loudspeaker 6 x 4 inch. Similar to the HMV 2138 model.
