  • As a peculiarity, the dial of this model is lettered in German. "Hannover - Höchste Qualität" is the model name, followed by "highest quality" , with a space missing.

    Interestingly, "Langewelle" (or more correctly, Langwelle) in German means "long wave" (LW), a term used in other countries to denominate MW. A German (or German made) radio from this time would not mix the two up.
