  • The Nordmende Sterling model Phono-Super Ch= 1/616US is the export version of the domestic Nordmende Phono-Super Ch= 1/616 for 1960/61.
    The bands are two short wave bands (1.5-5.5 mc and 6-19 mc) instead of SW and LW.
    In SAMS the power transoformer is given as for primary 117 volts but on the title there is AC 110-120 / 220 volts.
    There are two independant AF channels but not stereo reception.
    Importer and distributor in the USA was Sterling Hi-Fidelity, Inc., 22-14 40th Ave., Long Island City 1, NY.
