Convertitore per segnali provenienti dai ricevitori dei satelliti Meteo-Sat e Polar, dai ricevitori CB, HF, VHF e UHF. Riceve le immagini trasmesse dai vari sistemi. I vari segnali, modulati in Ampiezza od in Frequenza, vengono convertiti in segnali Digitali ed inviati via cavo seriale ad un Computer dotato del programma JV-FAX che li legge e li converte in immagini a colori o con 256 tonalità di grigio oppure in bianco/nero. Può inoltre ricevere immagini dal Computer e trasmetterle via radio, via cavo o via telefono con modulazione AM, ASFK o SSTV, anche a colori.
