• Questo ricevitore è stato progettato per la ricezione dei satelliti POLARI (NOAA10; NOAA11;  NOAA12) e satelliti METEOSAT  (GOES E; GOES W; GMS; GOMS) 

  Per la sola ricezione dei satelliti polari è previsto una sintonia automatica (scanner) che esplora tutta la gamma compresa tra 137.000 e 139.000 KHz. Quando il ricevitore capta un segnale di un qualsiasi polare NOAA o MET, la funzione scansione viene automaticamente esclusa e la sintonia si ferma sulla frequenza del satellite captato.
