According to the Vintage Wireless Museum in Listowel, UK, the model is from 1905.
This description refers to the photo with the two cylinder graphophones, one without a cover and the other complete with horn.
Thorens (left) and Paillard musical cylinder phonographs. About 1904. These two Swiss companies produced excellent phonographs of the graphophone type, usually without identifying marks. However, the trademark "Thorens Anchor" is sometimes found on their players and the Paillard models sometimes carry the name "Echophone" on the front of the case. The Thorens machine is based on the Q-type graphophone (the lyre stand is usually considered an indicative feature of the Thorens) and the Paillard on the B-type. The aluminum horn of this example is a modern replica of a type often originally supplied on phonographs of all makes in Great Britain and on the Continent. The Italian original description is on the photo.
