National Model RQ-153S Tape Recorder
A lightweight, portable, all-transistor, two-speed, two-track battery operated tape recorder with carrying handle.
Features: both rewind and fast forward as well as complete push-button operation. Exclusive "Voice Matic", three stage recording selector switch allows automatic sound monitor or ordinary recording.
Recording level and battery consumption check meter plus three digit tape counter; 5" reels give three hours recording at 1⅞ ips. Jacks for external speaker, auxiliary input and A.C. adaptor. Microphone features remote control switch.
Specifications: six transistors. Speeds, 3¾ and 1⅞ ips. Frequency response, 100-7000 cps (Hz) at 3¾ ips and 100-4000 cps (Hz) at 1⅞ ips. Power source, 4 x UM-1 National batteries. Recording system A.C. bias.
