A "Duplexer".
A "radio repeater" working in a system of two frequencies, receives a call from a mobile radio and sends the same to all radios working on the same frequency. To use only one aerial, a duplexer mixes the signal from the mobile radio with the outgoing signal from the repeater connecting RX and TX with one cable to one aerial. The TX and RX frequencies have a difference of 10 MHz.
This unit works at TX 455.225 MHz and RX 465.225 MHz. The range on this duplexer is stated at TX 450.000 MHz and RX 460.000 MHz, but it's possible to change with mechanical adjusters.
It's a passive module.
