  • Although the model 21 Baby Grand table radio was not Philco's first cathedral radio design, it was the first to use the particular cabinet which became known as the "classic" cathedral radio, with ribbed pillars supporting the arch, fancy cutout speaker grill, and opposing slant-pattern veneer on the overlay of the arch. Model 21 Baby Grand was also available in a console cabinet.

    Stein Vol. II calls this model "21B".
