  • Annotazioni
  • Philco's model 32 series were 32 volt DC farm radios using a two-band six-tube chassis with a vibrator power supply for B+. The vibrator/rectifier unit was a separate chassis.

There were four versions of the model 32B table radio. Version 1 (1934) was a the flat-front version of the classic cathedral design with spade-shaped speaker opening that was used by Philco in a number of other models in 1933 and 1934. Version 2 (1934) was another cathedral design with a scalloped top. Version 3 (1935) was a shouldered tombstone with a lyre-shaped speaker grill, with three vertical bars through the center of the grill. Version 4 (1935) was another shouldered tombstone design, with a roughly square speaker opening with three vertical bars through the center of the opening, and downward sloping horizontal bars on the sides of the opening.

There were also two consoles, an ornate lowboy 32L (1934) and a floor-type console 32F (1935) with a tulip-shaped speaker grill.
