- Model 42-1009PW has a walnut cabinet; model 42-1009PM has a mahogany cabinet. Both models use Philco's "Beam of Light" phonograph pickup with an automatic turntable. The turntable has two speeds: 39.5 and 78 RPM, with a neon lamp stroboscopic speed indicator. Compatible with the HR-2 home recording record cutting attachment. Models 42-1009PM and -PW are similar to model 42-1008P except for cabinet.
