The Canadian Philco model 452 is a portable broadcast radio. It can be powered by AC/DC 117V or internal dry batteries. It requires one P77 "A" battery and one P144 "B" battery. It has an internal ferrite rod antenna with a jack for an external wire antenna. There is also a jack for external earphone.
