Similar model is Philco 40-81T Code 122.
This radio was made by Philco for Studebaker, and sold as Studebaker accessories. It appears to be identical to Philco Model 40-81T except for the Studebaker badging and Studebaker model number. Most likely is also "Code 122" schematic even though the label says "Code 121".
