This is a emergency rescue tranceiver operating on a fixed frequency of 243MHz.
The tranceiver requires connection to a separate battery unit that provides 1.5VDC and 100VDC.
A later Hybrid version used two transistors to replace the 5678 tube in the first AF stage.
