  A 23" remote controlled console TV receiver having 16 valves, eight germanium and two silicon diodes, four voltage-dependent resistors and one light-dependent resistor. Cabinet on short legs, finished in maple, walnut or rosewood.

  Features: aerial input 300 ohms. Built-in aerial pad with optional connections. Power tuned 13 channel cascode turret tuner with channel preselection and remote control. Three stage vision IF with frame-grid valves; two stage sound IF with ratio detector. DC coupling to picture tube, Noise gated and delayed AGC. Noise detector and frequency controlled noise gate.

  Automatic "magic eye" brightness/contrast control by light dependent resistor. "Halo-light" rear cabinet illumination. Stabilised vertical, horizontal and EHT circuits. Curved safety/filter screen. Horizontal tilt-out chassis for easy servicing. Speaker: 7" x 5" front mounted.

  Controls: push-button on/off, channel selector bar, contrast, brightness, volume, tone, horizontal hold, vertical hold, halo- light on/off. Remote control unit for channel, volume, picture, with 25 ft of kinkless cable. (FROM MINGAY'S PRICE SERVICE)
