  • This radio was made in three countries with the same specifications.
    See the Dutch version BX700A and the Italian version BI700A.

    AM radio for external antenna:

    • LW: 150 - 395 kHz.
    • BC: 517 - 1622 kHz.
    • SW1: 21,9 - 6,95 MHz (13,7m - 43,1m).
    • SW2: 7,4 - 5,9 MHz (40,5m - 50,8m bandspread).
    • SW3: 12 - 9,35 MHz (25m - 32,1m bandspread).

    The bandspread in SW2 and SW3 is obtained by connecting a fixed capacitor in series with the variable tuning capacitor.

    FM radio with dipole antenna input: 87,5 - 108 MHz.

    AM, FM, including their intermediate frequency stages and detection are completely separated. 

    Amplifier: push-pull with pentode phase splitter.

    Loudspeaker: 9758-05 (7Ω, with soundwave diffuser).

    Dial lamps: 3x 8045D (E10, 6.3V/320mA).

Hallo bei meiner Capella hat der Ausgangsübertager Windungsschluss. Hat jemand einen anzubieten oder ein Schlachtchassis. 

Oder weiss jemand wer diesen neu wickeln könnte.

Greetings all,

I have recently purchased what I think is a Capella. The chassis shows BD700A (without 22 ). I am perplexed as this documentation calls for 15 tubes and my chassis has 14, with 1 less EB41 and some rearrangement of the FM discriminator section. All photos appear to be the same with the exception that I have no rear cover.

Is anyone aware of what this difference is due to? Western export or different model possibly? Any help is greatly appreciated as this is a beautifully designed set which deserves to be properly restored.
