  • The BG514A and 603A are similar chassis, but BG514 adds a tuning indicator behind the tuning scale.

    Foil/ Plate internal aerial for local station use, really may need external Aerial and Earth.

    External Speaker sockets (5 to 7 Ohms).

    Ceramic/Crystal "Gram"/"P.U." wander plug sockets.

    Wavebands:

    1. LW: 154 ... 425 kHz (unusally high frequency)
    2. MW: 517 ... 1630 kHz

    There are 4th & 5th "Gram"/"P.U." positions (different tone quality) on the waveband scale, but switch may have only 3 positions. Some models have an amended quality switch circuit. Power on/off on Volume control.
