  • This heavy and big multimeter has a 15 cm. meter-scale, but there is not any trace of a model name to be found on nor in the instrument. My guess is that it is a Philips product; the knobs are of the Dutch queezing type. This model has the following features: AC and DC voltage 5V/20V/50V/200V/500V/2000V; AC and DC current 20mA/50mA/200mA/500mA/2A. AC is measured via a transformer and something like a bridge of 4x OA70 germanium diodes.Leads to be connected at the left side below. To measure resistance and capacitance this model needs the mains voltage to be switched on. A 8045 light bulb indicates that mains voltage is on. Features are:resistance ohm x1/x10/x100/x1k/x10k/x100k; capacitance nanofarad x1/x10/x100/x1k/x10k.Leads to be connected at the right side below. There is something like a bridge of 4 x OA200 germanium diodes in connection to the meter instrument, which is covered by a metal shield
