Elektrostatisches Spannungsmessgerät bzw. Elektrostatisches Voltmeter: Quasi die ideale verlustlose Messung von Spannungen erzielte man schon sehr früh mit dem Elektroskop. Man nennt es Elektrometer, wenn das Instrument eine Skala besitzt.
