  • A hi-fi AM/FM stereo digital synthesizer tuner with a digital frequency display housed in a black case (optional silver case in Europe) and with wooden side panels (except Europe and UK). Pioneer's Digital Direct Decoder Type II, ID MOS FET in FM front end, random presets for 16 FM/AM stations, FM IF bandwidth selector WIDE/NARROW, 3-point signal indicator. On the back, terminals for an FM 75 ohm antenna, and AM loop antenna (supplied), RCA phono Line Output socket, an AM stereo output jack on the KU (USA) and KC (Canada) models, an FM De-Emphasis switch and Channel Step switch on the multivoltage models.
