  • A hi-fi stereo integrated amplifier housed in a black metal case with remote control (CU-A001), with continuous power output of 2 x 60 watts into 8 ohms (2 x 70 watts DIN into 8 ohms). With rotary Volume/Balance, Bass and Treble controls, rotary switches for Rec Selector (Tape2→Tape1, Tape1→Tape2, Source, CD, Tuner, Off) and Input Selector (Tape2, Tape1/DAT, CD, Phono, Tuner, Line), switches for Phono Selector (MM/MC), Speakers (A,B), Subsonic Filter, Loudness, Direct, Muting and power standby and a jack for headphones. On the back, RCA phono sockets for Phono, Line, Tuner, CD, DAT/Tape1 and Tape2, for Adaptor Input and Output (connected with removable links), terminals for 2 pairs of loudspeakers (A,B), terminals for system control, and 3 AC outlets.

    The A-501R is the same as the Pioneer A-550R Integrated Stereo Amplifier apart from minor cosmetic changes.
