Pope Motorola De Luxe Consolette 21" 7001
Vertical console TV receiver with big 21" screen, giving 263 sq. in. picture area. Trim-line cabinet in selected wood finishes on handsome swivel base. Features "Pull-on, Push-off" switch, top front channel selection on conveniently placed control panel front backed by durable metal strip. This model is an earlier version of Model 21K53 produced by Thom & Smith prior to the firm becoming Pope Electronics. Models 7001 & 21K53 are distinguished by the lettering on the top of the bezel. 7001 shows "Pope Motorola" & 21K53 shows "Motorola".
