On mains the UL41 is used (much more volume) instead of DL94 using a tapped primary audio transformer (not push pull!), the Trader sheet is misleading, see R&TVS. V1 to V3 filaments are the Cathode load of V5 UL41 on mains, so bias need readjusted on replacement of V5 or V3. The scale lamp is only mains powered.
