- Rack
- Dimensions (WHD)
- 483 x 90 x 325 mm / 19 x 3.5 x 12.8 inch
- Notes
- SSB Adaptor matching RA-17 family receivers, improving the reception of USB / LSB / ISB signals by means of a product detector.
The 3rd IF of 100 kHz is mixed with a 82 kHz oscillator signal to result in a new IF of 18 kHz, mixing with a stable 18 kHz oscillator signal allows to extract the sideband audio.
Variants: RA-63G for British market with European tubes, RA-63H for US market with American tubes and RA-63D with crstal controlled 82 kHz oscillator instead of LC oscillator.
