  • RCA introduced its third generation color TV sets using the CTC4 chassis and the new 21AXP22 21 inch color CRT in 1955. Five cabinet styles were available: the Haviland 21 tabletop set (model 21-CT-660U) in mahogany or blond finish, the Seville 21 console (model 21-CT-661U) with mahogany or blond, the Director 21 console (model 21-CT-662U) in mahogany or blond, the Cheltenham 21 console with doors (model 21-CT-663U) in mahogany or birch, and the Gainsborough 21 French Provincial console with doors (model 21-CT-664U) in walnut or maple. The latter three models have twin 8 inch speakers.

    Equipped with VHF-Tuner KRK-35.
