  • Rogers-Majestic model 4424 is a 4-tube AC operated BC/SW receiver.
    SW: 5.5 to 16.2 MHz

    This is a cabinet variation of the Rogers 4421.  Radio models 4421, 4422, 4423 and 4424 are electrically identical as are all variants of the Deforest 1421 and Majestic 2421.

    The 6H7S "Mystery" tube was a combination tube only used in entry-level sets during the 1934-35 season.  It is extremely difficult to find.

    For 1935-36, this radio cabinet was used for model 4521, a five-tube set.
