The Sears Silvertone 6048 is a battery operated 7 tube BC and SW band receiver. Uses Qty(2) 45 volt "B" batteries, Qty(1) 4.5 volt dry or Qty(1) 4.0 volt storage "A" battery, Qty(2) 1.5 volt "D" flashlight batteries (used for dial lamps). Also uses Qty(3) 1.0 volt bias cells. Has six push-button tuning.
