  • The Sears Silvertone 7046 is an AC operated 10 tube BC band receiver. Has Qty(2) Electro Magnetic Dynamic(moving-coil with field excitation coil) speakers with field coils wired in series.  Output tubes are wired in parallel.

    Chassis and schematic used in this model also used in models 7043, 7044, 7045 and 7047. Riders Sears 5-51, 52 schematic is for model 7043 but Sears Silvertone Service Manual 1928 thru 1936 confirms that models 7043 and 7046 use the same schematic, thus Riders schematic is valid for this model.
