  • Modello: Silvertone 7175 - Sears, Roebuck & Co.; Chicago
  • Annotazioni
  • The Sears Silvertone 7175 is an AC operated 11 tube BC and SW band receiver. Has AVC, 2 IF stages and push-pull output stage.  Sears Silvertone Service Manual 1928 thru 1936 indicate a clock unit and drive unit that make up an automatic pre-selector.

Chassis and schematic used in this model also used in model 1832.  Riders Sears 6-32, 33 schematic is for model 1832 but Sears Silvertone Service Manual 1928 thru 1936 confirms that models 1832 and 7175 use the same schematic, thus Riders schematic is valid for this model.

See details and summaries about Sears catalogs etc. This model was manufactured for Sears by Colonial Radio Corp., Buffalo, NY (Sears Manufacturer Source Number Code 101).  The clock unit was manufactured for Sears by Operadio Mfg Co., St. Charles, Ill (Sears Manufacturer Source Number Code 124).
