Sharp Model ATR904
Tuning is simplified by a power operated selector bar. DX local transfer switch giving long range reception for country areas. Negative feedback circuit eliminates tone distortion. All-metal shockproof cabinet.
Specifications: nine transistor one band superheterodyne system and RF amplifier. Tuning range, 530 - 1605 kC/s (kHz). Intermediate frequency, 455 kC/s (kHz). Output 2½ watts maximum, 1.7 watts undistorted. Power source 12 volt car battery. Speaker 6" x 4" oval PDS type.
Speaker box dimensions: 2⅝" x 7⅝" x 5⅛"Transistor types not mentioned in the schematic.
This model sold in Australia between 1964 & 1966 for £66/3/-.
