Dear Radiofriends,
On 1st of Feb 2005 I have written that I would rebuild this radio. I just began to do it.
I'm working on a new cabinet. That’s how it looks by now.
I’m also working at same time on the chassis circuit. Then I’ve notice that a push-pull transformer is missing.
I believe that someone knowledgable in Rmorg, reading data from this schematic, can help me with some hint. Do you ?
Thank you in advance.
Mario Coelho
The complete schematic is in Nostalgia Air.

Estimados amigos dos rádios,
Em 1 de Fevereiro de 2005 eu escrevi que iria reconstruir este rádio. Começei agora.
Estou a trabalhar numa nova caixa.
Mario Coelho
O esquema completo está no Nostalgia Air.

Dear Radio Friends
I have here a "piece of junk". I think it is a Simplex Model W All Waves.
It seems it had been underwater. Perhaps it had crossed the ocean by swimming :-) .
If it is a Simplex, I will try to restore it. It will be "brand new" again, I promise.
Its box is look like other Simplex models, though it is shorter and it has a different design, I must say.
At the top there is an equal wrinkle piece (not visible in my picture). See:

Why do I think it is a Simplex model W All waves?
It has:
A- 5 colored bulbs to indicate B - 5 band scales transparent dial
But if it may be not a Simplex W ......
It has:
- 7 tubes instead of 8 (as we can read in Nostalgia Air Simplex schematic Page 5-1)....
- quite different escutcheon ? .....
I hope you can help me in this task. Now, fortunately some friends from USA are in Rmorg. I'm sure you can help.
Thank you in advance
Mário Coelho
