- Notes
-
This Sky Chief portable radio has a Tolex-like covering. There is a battery door on the left rear to allow replacement of the 1.5V 'A' battery. The back must be unscrewed and removed to replace the 'B' battery, which is housed on the right side of the chassis.
The chassis label has "S.C.R.C." in the top left of the label, and "29-1" in the top right. It is thought that 29-1 indicates either the model, or more likely, the chassis model.
