This versatile instrument will function as a digital voltmeter, frequency meter for clock pulse source.
It will measure voltage from 1 mV to 500 V, frequency from 0.1 Hz to 120 kHz and time intervals from 1 msec to 27.7h.
It will also provide crystal controlled clock pulses of 0.1, 1 and 10 msec, 0.1, 1 and 10 sec.All particular characteristics into the original attached article.
